Tazmania Ground Spinners from Klasek Fireworks
Tazmania Ground Spinners are great fun novelty items that are rarely seen in the uk until recently when CE regulations were changed. They require a flat relatively smooth area (not grass or astroturf) as they spin producing a coloured glow with sparks and finish with a crackle.
